As with all popular airports worldwide, when several flights are arriving or departing at similar times, they may be lines for immigration or customs during busier times of the year. VIP Attractions offers service to assist you with that and provides several other comforts & conveniences for your Airport Arrival & Departure. Club Mobay & Club Kingston offer a limited amount of bookings per day to ensure the comfort of their clients so it is best to book early to ensure access. Once your flight is booked and your Villa is booked, we highly recommend booking your VIP Arrival & Departure then. GETTING AROUND
Whether you need Airport Transfers or transport to a Tour, Attraction, Experience or more, we are happy to arrange transport for you with one of the hand-selected trusted drivers that we work with. All drivers contracted with Bona Fide Jamaica Accommodations are licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) which requires drivers & their vehicles to meet safety, cleanliness and protocol requirements that help to ensure a pleasurable experience for our clients.
We highly recommend the van/bus with a driver package for the week/period of your stay as it is the most cost-effective way to cover your transportation needs while staying in Jamaica.

Wheelchair access vans are available on request to facilitate those with special needs. The van seats five persons along with the wheelchair passenger and luggage, a portable ramp is used to accommodate the wheelchair passenger in the van and the wheelchair is secured in the van with the passenger seat while they are being transported. VILLA DINING
In coordination with the Villa that you have booked with us, we offer to assist our clients in Pre-stocking groceries for your villa stay. Guests are presented with the bill from the grocery store/invoices to make payments. You don’t need to go through and figure out what ingredients you need for the meals you would like. All our clients need to do is let us know what they would like for their meals, and the shopping for ingredients can be taken care of for you. Once you have booked with us, we are happy to provide you with menu suggestions, if you would like some ideas. In order for us to effectively assist you with this service, we kindly ask that your menu requests are finalized and submitted to us at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
For Villas located between Western St. Mary, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Discovery Bay & Trelawney, pre-stocking can be done for your 1st dinner and your 1st breakfast at the Villa. On your 1st morning at the Villa, the cook/chef will come and speak with you to help you plan your future meals and they will add groceries to your order. Please note that there is a delivery minimum required to not attract a delivery charge, so small additions may attract a delivery fee if needed urgently, otherwise they will go out with scheduled deliveries. For these Villas, you also have the option of pre-arranging your entire menu if you would rather not have to think about your meals while you are on vacation at your Villa.
For Villas outside of these areas, Villas do not have a grocery delivery option, therefore, we ask that the menu for your entire stay is submitted at least 2 weeks before your arrival date so that the Villa Team can procure everything you need for your menu. Guests will be presented with their grocery bills as well, however, transportation of the Villa team to procure your groceries will be added to the cost. Some of these Villas have a nominal set grocery procurement fee while others will present guests with a transportation bill.
Please note that we can only assist to provide the groceries that are available at the time of your arrival. Some items may be seasonal or on rare occasions, a few items may be unavailable. Guests are welcome to bring any groceries with them. In this case, it is vital that guests let us know what they are bringing when submitting the menu so that we know not to shop for those items. Fairly common items that guests may choose to bring themselves are special cuts of meat, snacks for kids, juices, bottled water & liquors.
For the safety, convenience & quantification of groceries for you and the persons travelling with you, we request that if anyone in Villa the booking has any food allergies or special dietary requirements, that you kindly indicate this on the menu that you send to us along with the name(s) of persons in your group that it applies to.
Please note that groceries are purchased based on your meal requests and the number of persons staying at the villa. If you are expecting visitors, kindly check with us to ensure that you are at a villa that allows outside visitors and that they are able to accept and prepare a meal for the number of visitors you would like to have.
