The dining experience itself is carefully curated around the seasonal bounty of the farm and local small craft producers. Multi-course tasting menus often feature 7–8 beautifully presented vegetarian dishes designed to make guests “fall in love with their food” through flavour, creativity, presentation, and storytelling.
