Villa requires US $500 required per stay. Should no damage be reported by the villa, the damage deposit will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of guest departure. If there is any damage, damage will be assessed & be deducted from the damage deposit

Rates quoted are based on the allowed maximum of 2 persons in each bedroom. Anything above this will need to get approval before booking, & if approved may attract an additional charge. Only the persons named in the booking are entitled to stay at the villa

Kindly ensure to check with us for this villa's current visitor policy. There are several villas that do not permit outside visitors, some villas accept a limited number of outside visitors & some villas charge additional to welcome a limited amount of outside visitors. Outside visitors are not allowed to sleep over at any villa

No events or gatherings are permitted on property. Any in-house celebrations/music must be mindful to not disturb any neighbours. The Jamaican Noise Abatement Act states that there should be no amplification of sound from any private premises or public places at any time of day or night where the sound is audible within 100 metres of the source of that sound

The industry standard for guests to tip the villa staff is a minimum of 15% of the total price to rent the villa during the low season or a minimum of 10% of the total price to rent the villa during the high/peak season. Guests may send tip pre-arrival through Bona Fide Jamaica in combination with booking payment or bring the cash with them. Please also remember to tip on tours if you go on any & your driver, if you have one

7-night stay

25% of the total amount due to confirm the booking.
The balance of the amount is due 60 days prior to the scheduled occupancy.
Should the guest book less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount due on booking

Any cancellations made over 60 days prior to the scheduled occupancy will be refunded less a 20% processing fee on the deposit paid.
For any cancellation 60 days or less prior to scheduled occupancy, the deposit will become non-refundable

Peak Periods (Easter, Christmas, New Years’ & US Thanksgiving):
50% of the total amount due to confirm the booking.
For Peak Periods - Christmas & New Years - The final payment (balance) is due 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
For Peak Periods - Easter & Thanksgiving - The final payment (balance) is due 90 days prior to scheduled occupancy

For Peak Periods - Christmas & New Years - There are no refunds for cancellations made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made 121 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, deposit will be refunded less a 20% processing fee.
For Peak Periods - Easter & Thanksgiving - There are no refunds for cancellations made within 90 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made 91 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, deposit will be refunded less a 20% processing fee

No deposit refunds will be made in the case of “no shows”, late arrivals, early check-outs nor any reduction in number of guests. Day of arrival cancellations are treated as no shows

While it is not a requirement, we highly recommend that the guests protect their trip by purchasing travel insurance. It can be especially helpful to cover for cancellations. The travel insurance provider that we recommend is Travel Guard

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa itself, however smoking is allowed in outside areas that do not affect the villa

Transportation of any kind, staff gratuities, food & beverages (groceries), damage & breakage by guests, travel insurance, tours & activities, items listed under “experiences at-villa or nearby” nor restaurant dining
